In any successful organization—especially one experiencing strong growth—clarity of purpose is not optional, it is essential. A well-defined Mission, Vision, and Values framework serves as the foundation for everything we do. It aligns leadership, guides decision-making, and ensures that growth never comes at the expense of identity.
As the DX Marathon Program continues its rapid global expansion, it becomes even more important that we clearly articulate not just what we do, but why we do it—and how we conduct ourselves along the way. These statements are more than words on a page; they are the compass that keeps the program true to its core principles while welcoming new participants from around the world.
With that in mind, we are pleased to share a refined and current set of Mission, Vision, and Values statements that will guide DX Marathon into its next phase of growth.
