CQ has announced the addition of Kosovo to the CQ WW and DX Marathon
contests with an effective date of 17 February 2008.     To receive DX
Marathon credit for Kosovo, please use only the latest version (V2008.3) 
of the official DX Marathon Scoresheet.  It is available for download 
from the official DX Marathon website www.dxmarathon.com.
